Order no. 02      dt. 19/06/13

Heard the complainant in person. We have gone through the earlier materials on record and we find that the relation between between complainant and o.ps. happens to be employer and employee and the same does not fall within the scope and ambit of the definition of consumer as defined in C.P. Act. 1986 and this Forum is not in a position to entertain the complaint.
Accordingly instant complaint stands rejected and complainant is at liberty to agitate the issue on the self same cause of action before the appropriate Forum.
A plain copy be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
