This appeal has been filed by the  Appellant / Complainant to set aside the order dt.18.08.2022 made in C.C. No.36/2021 passed by the District Consumer Commission, Dharmapuri @ Krishnagiri and has come before us on 24.02.2023 before us and this Commission made the following Order in open court:

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the Counsel for the appellant / complainant has made an endorsement on the Grounds of Appeal and stated that since the Order has been passed in the main Consumer Complaint,  he is withdrawing the present appeal.

In view of the endorsement made by the appellant / complainant, he is permitted to withdraw the appeal.
