Complainant is absent on calls & no steps taken on his behalf. Op files questionnaire along with copy. It appears from the case record the complainant is absent since 24-10-17 and taking no steps. So this forum constrained to  direct the complainant to file show cause vide order no 6 dt 9-1-18.

 But the complainant failed to file show cause on 9-1-18 and filed show cause on 20-4-18. Again due to absence of the complainant on 27-9-18 this forum again directed to file show cause on today. But today the complainant is absent on calls & no show cause file till 12.20. So this forum is contained to dismiss the complaint due to non prosecution. Hence ordered that the CC case being no 101 of 2017 be and the same is dismissed due to non prosecution.
