          This is a complaint filed u/s.12 (3)  of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for directing the opposite parties jointly and severally,

  1. To pay a sum of Rs.10,721/- being the Employees Provident Fund amount recovered from his salary with interest;
  2. To pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- being compensation for mental agony;
  3. To pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- being the cost of this complaint.  

 

Today this complaint was called.  Complainant present.  Others absent.  Complainant filed memo stating that he has received a sum of Rs.3,230/- being the EPF amount for eight months salary from the second Opposite Party with full satisfaction.  The complainant stated that he is not pressing the complaint with full satisfaction.  In view of the endorsement made by the complainant, this complaint is hereby dismissed as not pressed.  No costs.
