                        Counsel for complainant has made statement that he has received two cheques in favour of complainant, first for Rs.32,076/- bearing No.321004, dated 12.3.2010 drawn of SBOP Sector 7-C, Chandigarh issued by District Forum-I, UT Chandigarh and second for Rs.25,000/- bearing No.293435, dated 12.3.2010 drawn on SBI, Sector 7, Chandigarh, issued by Hon’ble State Commission, UT Chandigarh, towards full and final payment as per the order passed by this Forum and hence he withdraws the present execution application.  Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. The Misc.Application No.38 of 2010 filed by OP for payment to the complainant stands disposed of accordingly.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
