          Ashok Kumar Prajapat-complainant (applicant herein) has filed the instant application seeking direction of this Commission to the District Forum, Karnal not to decide the complaint No.395 of 2016 filed by him.

2.      It has been urged by Om Parkash, Clerk that the complaint before the District Forum has already been decided on May 16^th, 2018.

3.      In view of above, the application is dismissed being infructuous.
