Since Morning Despite Repeated Calls Neither Complainant Appeared Nor Counsel For Complainant Has Appeared. The Present Complaint Was Filed On 14.09.2018. Perusal Of The Record Shows That That Complainant Is Not Appearing Before This Commission Since 23.03.2022. On The Last Day Of Hearing I.E. 27.01.2023 Opportunity Was Granted To Complainant To Appear But Today Also He Failed To Appear.  It Seems That Complainant Is Not Interested In Pursuing The Present Complaint Case. Commission Cannot Incline To Accommodate To Keep It Any Further As Complainant Has Failed To Press His Own Case. Therefore, The Complaint Is Dismissed In Default For Non-Appearance, Non-Prosecution.    File Be Consigned To Record Room.
