Per Hon’ble Mr.Justice S.B.Mhase, President

Vakalatnama of Mr.D.B.Rathod-Advocate has been filed on behalf of opponent nos.1 to 5 and 7.  It is taken on record.  Opponent no.6 is dead and, therefore, complainant has filed a pursis stating that name of opponent no.6 be deleted.  Mr.Prabhawalkar -Advocate has no objection for deleting the name of opponent no.6.  Therefore, name of opponent no.6 is directed to be deleted.

Mr.Wavikar-Advocate files a pursis stating that on instructions of the complainant he wants to withdraw the complaint in view of ruling of the Supreme Court in the matter of Indian Medical Association v/s. V.P.Shantha & others reported in 1996 AIR 550 : 1995 SCC(6) 651and complainant desires to approach Civil Court. In view of this pursis complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.
