          This Execution Application  is filed by the Petitioner/Decree Holder  under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act,  praying for penalizing the Respondent/Judgement Debtor for non compliance of the order in C.C.No.190/2007 dated 05.05.2008 passed by this Forum.

           Petitioner is called absent continuously. The counsel also not appeared inspite of repeated opportunities given for taking further steps. Hence, Execution Application is dismissed for default. No costs.
