ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking to pay a sum of Rs.3,46,706/-, being loss suffered due to purchase of new tickets and to pay a sum of Rs.48,294/- towards compensation for mental torture, harassment and strain etc. with cost of Rs.5,000/-.

 

Complainant’s  Counsel present and filed a Memo along with an affidavit of the complainant stating that the matter is settled between the parties.  Hence this Memo is recorded.  In view of the Memo, this case is dismissed as withdrawn.  No costs.
