None appears. The complainant is absent on repeated calls, on observation available documents on the record It is  found  that nither the complainant nor Advocate opposite by him clarity defets and submit required documents claiming and establishing which stand for relief. So the case dismissed on non-procecution and non maintainability and the case is disposed of accordingly.
