Counsel of the complainant is absent & taken no steps.Counse of ops filed hazira & pressed heard for dismissal of the complainant.Since the complainant was absent on earlier several dates and the case is hearing stage.The learned counsel of ops also submitted that  the only reject & very purpose of the complainant has been fullfiled by order dt 20.12.07.In view of above & reveled that the complainant was absent on earlier several dates and is no more interested to run the case.Hence the complainant petition is dismissed for default of the complainant.
