Both parties and their counsels are present. Both parties filed a memo stating that the matter is settled out side of the court and that the complainant has no objection to dismiss the complaint without costs. Hence by virtue of the memo filed by both parties and as the matter is settled out side of the court. The complaint is dismissed without costs.
