The complainant is present in person. His counsel Mr Momin Sultan Ali is present . The complainant vide Petition no-320/17 prays for allowing him to withdraw the case for filing afresh against the opp. parties . It is found that O.P.No-2,5 & 6 who have been on 27/07/16, are absent today without step. Notice to O.P.No-1,3 & 4 not returned .Hence , if the complainant is allowed  to withdraw the case with a permission  to file afresh , the opp. parties would not suffer any loss. Hence , the Petition no-320/17 is allowed. Hence , the case is dismissed on withdrawal with permission to file afresh.
