Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan

16.12.2022      Case record taken up today for settlement of dispute . Both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the dispute at the instant of “Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan” and do not want to proceed anymore  in this case. They pray for an order as per their compromise petition. Perused the compromise petition which may form a part and partial of this order, I satisfied that, the compromise has been made voluntarily and the same is law full. Hence the petition for compromise is allowed and it is order that :-

The O.P No.1 & 2 are directed to pay compensation of Rs.95,000/- only towards full & final settlement of the claim of the complainant within 45 days of this order failing which it shall carry interest @9 % per annum form the date of filing of this complaint i.e. 23.06.2022 till its realization . Free copy of this order be supplied to the parties for compliance. or they may download the same from the Confonet to treat the same as copy of the order receipt from this Commission. Order accordingly.
