ORDER Sri. Jacob Stephen (President): Complainant present. Opposite parties represented. Filed I.A.76/08 challenging maintainability. Complainant/respondent submitted that he is not pressing the complaint on the basis of I.A.76/08. Hence complaint is not maintainable before this Forum and is dismissed, as the complainant is also not a consumer under the provisions of C.P. Act.
