Both the parties are  present through their learned counsels. The complainant have filed a petition no. 2697 dtd. 6.12.2023 stating   a fact that parties have mutually  settled the dispute  outside  this commission and complainant is not interested to proceed with the case  further . In the aforesaid petition it is stated clearly that complainant have received  a sum of Rs. 8,99,250/- as insured amount for damage  in the accident and both the parties  filed   above petition with their signatures duly  signed by their lawyers . As such, petition  filed for withdrawal of the case by the complainant is allowed. Case is dismissed on withdrawal.
