The complainant files a petition for an order allowing him to withdraw the present complaint case stating, inter-alia, that an amicable settlement of the disputes between the complainant and the OP has been done out of the court and that the complainant is not interested to proceed with his case further.

The OP, on the other hand, has filed a petition with the prayer for issuance of an order as to allowing the complainant to withdraw the case stating therein, inter-alia, that subsequent to filing of the instant complaint case by the complainant, both the parties to the case has resolved their disputes in connection with the matter-in-issue negotiating each other with the presence of  witnesses and as per the settlement so negotiated between the parties, the complainant intends to withdraw instant case on settlement of matter-in-issue in the complainant case and on disputes being resolved between the parties to the case.

Heard both the parties. Considered the prayers and the petitions are allowed.

The complainant is allowed to withdraw the present complainant case and the case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

The complaint case thus stands disposed of accordingly.
