This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of Upobhokta Lok Adalat which is held on this day at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.

The complainant is personally present.  Ld. Advocate for the OP Insurance Company is also present.

Heard both sides.  Considered submission.

In course of hearing it is revealed that the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled in between the parties and OP Insurance Company has already paid Rs.62,250/- vide cheque no.177062 of ICICI Bank, Nariman Point Mumbai Branch.

Complainant admitted that he has already received the said amount.  In this respect the documents filed by the complainant.  Let it be kept with the record.

As the disputes of this case have been amicably settled, Ld. Judges of Upobhokta Lok Adalat are of the view that this complaint case no.78/2022 can be disposed of as it is withdrawn.

Thus the C.C.case no. 78/2022 be and the same is disposed of as it is withdrawn.  No order is passed as to cost.

Let a free certified copy of this order be handed over to the parties immediately.
