CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 671  OF  2017

ORDER

     Heard. During the course of arguments, complainant and insurer OP No.2 arrived at compromise. Statement of counsel for OP No.2 and that of the complainant recorded and placed on file. In the terms of statement of counsel for OP No.2 and that of complainant, following direction is passed against OP No.2:-

     - OP No.2 is directed to reimburse and send draft    of Rs.2286/- i.e. part of the medical claim    reimbursement bill to the complainant within    fortnight.

     As per statement of the complainant and counsel for OP No.2, claim of compensation and costs of litigation is not pressed. This claim is declined. If the draft of aforesaid amount is not sent through registered post to the complainant, then it shall carry interest @ 18% p.a. from the date of institution of this complaint i.e. 21.09.2017 till payment is made. This complaint is accordingly disposed off.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
