            Both parties are found absent today on repeated call and they have not taken any steps also today.

On perusal of case record it is apparent that, the Complainant has filed this case for deficiency in services rendered by the Opposite Parties. Accordingly the case was admitted on 18.02.2016 by the Commission and notice was also issued to the Ops on the 18.02.2016. On perusal of record it is manifest that the complainant is found absent since 11.07.2018 till today and not taken any steps in any point of time. The complainant probably does not want to proceed in this case any further. In view of above circumstances, the Commission feels to dispose of the case of the complaint.

Hence in the result, the present consumer complaint stands dismissed for non prosecution by the Complainant. No order as to cost.

This case is disposed of accordingly.
