Considering urgency the record is taken up for hearing.

Both parties file hazira.

One application dated 20/09/2019 filed by the complainant against the OP WBSEDCL, for passing current bill month wise is taken up for hearing treating the same as M/A Case No. 56/2019.

Perused the petition.

Heard Ld. Advocate/Agent of the complainant.

Heard Ld. Advocate/Agent of the WBSEDCL who admits before this bench that the complainant has already deposited a payment of Rs. 45,000/- in OP (WBSEDCL) office as per direction of this forum.

Under the circumstance on  due consideration of the application of the complainant and the prayer as made thereto OP WBSEDCL is directed to take the future deposit as against the current bills sent by them from time to time over this Consumer ID No. 521055454 from complainant until further order.

Hence

            Ordered,

                        that the M/A Case No. 56/2019 orienting the prayer of the complainant is allowed.

Thus the M/A be and same is disposed of.

Fix. 29/11/2019 for filing W/V by the OP WBSEDCL as last chance.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
