Order dt.19/05/2005 The complaint is allowed. The O.Ps are jointly and severally liable to reimburse the medical expenses incurred by the complainant to the tune of Rs.15,700/- and Rs.500/- as damages and Rs.500/- as cost of this proceedings to the complainant with in three months from the date of receipt of this order. sd/- M.R.Devappa, President, sd/- A.S.Hemalatha, Member.
