        This complaint is coming before us for hearing on 09.03.2015 in the presence of Thiru.K. Chidambaram, Counsel for complainant and Thiru.S. Abdul Raheem, Counsel for  opposite parties and on the basis of memo filed by the  complainant, this Forum passes the following order.
