According to the argument of the ld. Advocate of op complainant is not taking steps for a long time and so necessary order is to be passed.

It appears from the case record that the complainant has neither filed show cause nor taking steps in this case since 11.12.2020. This conduct of the complainant is clearly indicating that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case. So, this District Commission has no other way but to dismiss this case.

In the result, it is accordingly

Ordered

that this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non compliance of Court’s order.

No order is passed as to costs.
