The case record is put up today  in the 1^st National Lok Adalat 2023. The joint compromise petition signed by the Learned counsel for both the parties dtd.01.02.2023 is put up for consideration. The complainant is ready to accept Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand) only from the OP towards full & final settlement of the dispute to which OP is agreed. In view of such compromise the OP is to pay Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand) only to the complainant towards full & final settlement of the dispute.  Hence the case is disposed of in terms of compromise between the parties dtd.01.02.2023.
