            The complainant and counsel absent today also.  No representation.  Opp.party is present filed vakalath.  The complaint is one for an injunction restoring the opp.parties from initiating RR proceedings and the same stands  posted for hearing question of admissibility since the complainant and his counsel already absent continuously.   We are inclined to dismiss this complaint holding that this complaint is not maintainable before this Forum.  No costs.
