            This is an execution petition filed under section 25 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986, to pass an order to attach the petition mentioned properties available in the place of business of the opposite parties towards the full realisation to the satisfaction of the order dated 22.08.2014 passed by this Forum in CC No.02/2013.

            Today the petition was called.  Both the parties and counsel represented and petitioner/decree holder filed memo stating the respondents/Judgment Debtors paid the entire E.A. amount to the petitioner/Decree Holder vide DD No.893768265 for Rs.25,000/- dated 20.12.2014 drawn in favour of the petitioner/
 

decree holder.  Hence the petitioner prays to record the full satisfaction and to terminate the E.A.

Hence this EA is terminated. No cost.
