Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for hearing of petition challenging maintainability of this instant case which of dated 06.09.2018 and as against this application one written objection has been filed from the side of the complainants.  This petition is taken up for hearing. Heard the Ld advocate for the OPs as well as heard Ld advocate for the complainants.  Ld advocate for the OPs submits that the petition dated 06.09.2018 is a right petition and certainly this case has exceeded the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Forum.  After hearing both sides we have perused the entire material of case record and it is our considered view that the instant case is beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Forum, hence the case is not maintainable and accordingly disposed of on consent.
