          Complainant and his counsel are present. Opposite Parties 1 and 2 side counsel also present. Complainant side filed withdrawn memo with liberty to file complaint as fresh. Further Complainant counsel’s oral submission also heard. In the memo Opposite Parties 1 & 2 counsel made endorsement that he had taken notice and seeking reasonable cost. Hence withdrawn memo perused and recorded. Therefore the complaint is dismissed with liberty to the complainant to file complaint as fresh with imposed reasonable cost sum of Rs.1000/- paid to the Opposite Parties 1 and 2 counsel Withdrawn memo shall be part of this order.
