ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                                            JUDGMENT

                        Complainant has filed this consumer complaint U/s.12 of C.P. Act, 1986 seeking following reliefs;

            “Direct the opposite parties to release the vehicle and pay Rs.1,00,000/- towards negligence of service, mental agony etc.”.

            The complainant has not specifically pointed as to how the Consumer Protection Act has been violated particularly when he himself defaulted in repaying the loan in time and no reply to the notice issued by bank. Both parties have not enclosed the notice reply half hazarly filed consumer complaint and written version. We find no merit to allow for consumer complaint for deficiency on service. Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
