                            The case is put up today on the motion by Complainant’s Counsel. The Ld. Counsel for the Complainant expressed regrets as the letter dated 4^th April, 2019 from the State Bank of India, Thoubal Branch which is fully destroyed the Order of this Forum, to be highly contemptuous, therefore it has been submitted that the Opposite Party’s arrogance is required to be viewed seriously.

                           After hearing the Complainant and perusal of the letter of the State Bank of India dated 04/04/2019 and also considering the facts and circumstances, this Forum has no alternative but to make the conditional Order and Judgment dated 14/03/2019 to be absolute, the OP is to comply with the Order dated 14/03/2019. Further the delinquency of the OP is viewed seriously and to set an example, is directed to cost of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) over and above, the compliance of the Judgment Order.

                          The Complaint Case No. 1 of 2018 is hereby disposed of.
