ORDER The learned advocate for opposite filed memo dt. 14-05-10 along with DD bearing No. 113239 dt. 10-05-10 for Rs. 6,500/- in satisfaction of the present EP amount. Today the learned advocate for Dhr received the said DD in open court which stands in the name of Dhr for Rs. 6,500/- and passed a memo for the same and requested us to close the EP in view of full satisfiaction. In view of the circumstances stated above, the said DD is handed over to the learned advocate for Dhr Sri. T.M. Swamy who reported the receipt of the same and also EP is closed as EP amount is fully satisfied as per the memo.
