ORDER

Complainant who is in person present and B.J. Roy a representative of Ops is present and he submits that they have settled the claim of the complainant by issuing a DD of Rs.4,699/- towards full satisfaction of the claim of the complainant and submitted for closing of the complaint. The complainant who is in person reports the receipt of the DD and he submits that it satisfies his claim and to close the complaint accordingly. In view of the submission made and delivery of the DD. Complaint is closed as claim of the complainant is fully satisfied.
