Today is fixed for hearing of the case. Complainant personally appeared before the forum. The lawyer of the complainant files a ptn stating that the matter has been setteled by and between the parties. So the complainant are not enlisted to proceed with the case and prey for disposing the case by necessary orders.

                Op takes no steps and none appears on behalf of op.

                 The complainant filed  Xerox copy of adhar card and pan cards in support of there identification. We are in the opinion there is no imp edition to drop the case to withdrawl.

                 Hence it is ordere that the case no cc/161/13 is dropped due to withdrawal
