   Perused the Complain petition, it is found that the Complainant inter to obtain loan from Bajaj Finserv, accordingly he has paid process fee and other charges i.e insurance from his account, but the said Bajaj Finserv has not made party to this case but he filed against State Bank of India, who is not proper party and proper party is not made in this case. So Case is dismissed against the OP. However the complainant has right to file proper complaint against proper party.
