An application for substitution filed by Sibasish Majumder, son of deceased complainant is registered as MA/159/2022. Vakalatnama submitted. Copy served upon opposite parties.

The substitution petition is taken up for hearing.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that the sole complainant died on 03/08/2022 leaving behind the petitioner as her legal heir.

Ld. Advocate for opposite party nos.1 and 2 and Ld. Advocate for opposite party no.3 raised no objection.

So, it appears that the substitution petition has been filed within limitation period.

As such, the same is allowed.

The name of the petitioner be substituted in place of the sole complainant in CC/329/2019.

Necessary amendment be made in the Confonet as well as in Register.

Thus the Misc.Application is disposed of.
