Ops since have already issued a cheque for Rs.11,260/- due to the second complainant shall issue another cheque for Rs.5,165/- payable to Sujan V.Kori by drawing cheque in favour of the first complainant, the mother of the minor child and that amount shall be paid within 30 days from today.  Failing which, Op shall pay interest @ 8% p.a from the date of this order till the date of payment of that amount.   With this complaint is disposed off accordingly and both parties are directed to bear their own cost.
