The applicant/OP has filed the present miscellaneous application for placing on record demand draft of Rs.38,264/-, vide draft No.281672 dated 18.11.2022 in the name of official designation of this Commission, in compliance of the order dated 05.06.2017 passed in CC/229/2015. As permission is sought to deposit the amount in compliance to the order passed by this Commission, the application in hand stands allowed and the said amount of Rs.38,264/-, vide draft No.281672 dated 18.11.2022, is ordered to be deposited with this Commission.
