            As per Order No. 11, Dated- 10.11.2022 this Complaint Case No. 3/2022 is taken up for hearing today before the National Lok Adalat at Paschim Medinipur.

            By filing instant compromise petition dated 12.11.2022 signed by the complainant and the Administrative Officer (L&HPF) the parties so long contesting have come to the compromise in terms of the compromise petition, so filed today and the contesting parties submitted categorically that they are aware in terms of the compromise petition contained therein.

            It is agreed that the O.P. shall pay up the accidental benefit of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the complainant – Purnima Das who happens to be the mother of deceased Insured Nandan Das. 

            Accordingly, it is,  O r d e r e d –

            That this Complaint Case is thus disposed of vide petition dated- 07.11.2022.  The O.P. – L.I.C.I. of this Complaint Case must comply with the terms of this case dated- 07.11.2022 without fail by 22.11.2022.  Let the compromise petition do form of the complaint and N.V.

            Both sides are entitled to get the copies of this order free of cost.
