The Adv. for O.Ps is present & files calculation deposit of Policy statement along with Cheque bearing No.750783, dt.30.05.2016 amounting to Rs.28,400/- in favour of the Complainant & xerox copy of Voter Identity Card of Complainant. The Adv. for Complainant files memo of Money receipt of Rs.28,400/- against Cheque No. 750783, dt.30.05.2016.  Heard from both sides. The above Cheque be handed over to Complainant with proper identification. Further, the Adv. for Complainant files undertaking that he has received Cheque with full satisfaction of the claim amount & shall not claim any compensation & litigation cost from the O.Ps in future in this case. Under the above circumstances, the case is withdrawn & disposed of accordingly.
