This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to refund a sum of Rs.41,407/- with interest at 18% p.a. from 22.05.2014 to till the date of realization and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony with cost to the complainant.

 

Proof Affidavit of both complainant and opposite party not filed for a long time to prove the contentions in the complaint and written version.  Both complainant and opposite party called absent for a long time.    Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
