Today is fixed for filing of documents and further evidence if any from complainant side as last chance. Ld. advocates of OP Nos. 1 & 3 are present as well as Ld. advocate for the complainant.  Ld advocate for the complainant submits one application with the contention for withdrawal of the instant case as because the subject matter of the case and the dispute related and agitated has already been settled out of court in between complainant and OP No.2, Max New York Life Insurance Company Ltd.   Heard the Ld. advocate who has been on record since the inception of this case for the complainant.  Heard the Ld advocates for OP No.1 and that of OP No.3.  It appears that as against OP No.2 by virtue of order dtd. 22.06.2018 this case has been running ex-parte but today this OP No.2 side has filed some documents.  Let those be kept with the case record.  Considered the matter of withdrawal of this case.  On perusal of the petition and other relevant materials on case record and bearing in mind the submission of Ld advocate for the complainant we do not find any reason but to allow the prayer as made in the petition today.  Hence, it is ordered, that the complainant is at liberty to withdraw this case and the case is thus disposed of.
