                   This petition coming up before us today for consideration, upon perusing the material on record, this Forum made the following: 

O R D E R

Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao, President:

                  Complainant called absent.  Opposite parties 1 and 2 filed  a memo on 15-11-10 to the effect “Omkareswara Timber Depot ki padi lakshalu loan tisukonabadinadi.  Ee roju anaga 06-11-2010 na mottam loan viluva vadditho kalapi Rs.12,30,132/- chelinchi raddu chesukunamu.  Kanuka Consumer Court lo dakalu chesina casunu upasamharinchukuntunnamu”.

                   As seen  from it, said memo was addressed to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Chilakaluripet and was singed by the complainant.  In view of recitals of said memo the complaint is dismissed.
