The complainant side is present today . Ld advocate  Ms Nutan Sahu is present on behalf of opposite party no-1 , 2 and 3 and Chief Manager , UCO Bank Mr B. Samata is also present today . The opposite party side submitted a Demand Draft dtd. 04/04/2019 bearing No-003075 of UCO Bank  for an amount of Rs. 3,00,396/- ( Rupees three lakh three hundred ninty six ) only against the judgment passed in Misc Case -17/2018 . The demand draft deposited by the opp. party be handed over to the complainant . Accordingly the case is disposed of.
