                                      The Complainant is absent on repeated call at frequent intervals till last hours of the Forum, no steps. The Adv. for O.Ps files hazira & present. On perusal of the case record, it came to our notice that the Complainant remained absent on 16.05.17, 30.08.17, 31.10.17, 04.12.17, 26.12.17, 07.02.18 & today also. The Complainant has not shown any interest to proceed this case further. Sufficient opportunity has been given to Complainant for hearing. We found no reason to adjourn this case furthermore. Hence, the case is dismissed for default of the Complainant.
