Final Order / Judgement | Order No. 5 Dated: 16.12.2022 Today is fixed for admission hearing. Neither the complainant nor his Ld. Advocate on Record nor his Representative is present on repeated calls and no steps is taken for the complainant. On scrutiny it appears that the Consumer Complaint was registered on 22.08.2022 fixing 30.08.2022 for admission hearing and on 30.08.2022 a petition praying for time was filed for the complainant for filing application U/S 34 (2)(b) of Consumer Protection Act, 2019. It also appears that and the next date i.e. on 22.09.2022 the complainant prayed for time for taking steps. Even on 17.11.2022 the complainant prayed for time on the same ground. As per Section 36 of the C.P. Act, 2019, the matter of admission should be decided within 21 days, but the complainant took several adjournment for taking steps. Even today the complainant takes no steps till 01.00 p.m. In view of the above, the Consumer Complaint is rejected being not admitted. | |
