Today is fixed for admission hearing. 

Neither the complainant nor his Ld. Advocate on Record nor his Representative is present on repeated calls and no steps is taken for the complainant.

On scrutiny it appears that the Consumer Complaint was registered on 22.08.2022 fixing 30.08.2022 for admission hearing and on 30.08.2022, the complainant prayed for time for filing petition U/s 34 2 (b) of the CP Act, 2019. The matter has been fixed on  22.09.2022 for taking and on the date the complainant prayed for time and the matter was refixed on 17.11.2022. On the date the complainant prayed for time for taking steps.

 none was present for the complainant today till  12.30 PM.

As per Section 36 of the C.P. Act, 2019, the matter of admission should be decided within 21 days, but the complainant files an application U/S 34 (2)(b) of the C.P. Act, 2019 on 16.12.2022 and that 21 days has already been elapsed for taking steps. 

In view of the above, the Consumer Complaint is rejected being not admitted.
