Both parties are absent. On perusal of the order sheet dated-25/05/2017. The op prays time for settle the matter out of the court and the complainant has accepted the proposal.

On 31/5/2017 the Op has filed a memo along with documents. On perusal of the documents by the OP, it is seen that,the op had given the original document and DTD letter to the complainant. The complainant has accepted the same without any objection.

Thereafter , the case was called out on 31/05/2017,8/9/2017 and 15/6/2017. The complainant is remain absent and not filed objection to the memo filed by the OP. Hence,we come to conclusion that, the complainant has not interested to contesting the case and accordingly the complaint of complainant is hereby disposed off .No costs.
