Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant positively i.d., necessary order will be passed.
No step taken by the complainant today. None appears on behalf of the complainant during its call repeatedly.
On scrutiny of records it appears that notices were issued upon the O.P. No.1 and 2 on 12.12.2017 but no S/R received till 14.03.2018 and thereafter complainant was directed to take fresh steps upon the O.P. No.1 and 2. Fresh steps were issued on 25.04.2018 and complainant was directed to file postal track report by 04.07.2018 regarding S/R and appearance of O.P. No.1 and 2 and dates was fixed on 04.07.2018.
On 04.07.2018, no step taken by the complainant and no track is filed by the complainant. Complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed due to non-prosecution and dated was fixed on 07.08.2018.
On 07.08.2018 again complainant did not take any step. Complainant was further directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution and dates was fixed on 10.08.2018.
Today also the complainant is absent and no step taken on his behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground of non-prosecution.
Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being No.233/2017 be and the same is dismissed due to non-prosecution against the complainant without any cost.
Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
